Türkiye'deki faiz politikası konut üretiminin niteliği ve niceliğini olumsuz yönde etkiliyor.

Türkiye'nin mevcut ekonomik durumu, konut üretimi üzerinde önemli ve karmaşık etkiler yaratmaktadır. Son yıllarda gözlemlenen yüksek faiz oranları, konut kredilerinin maliyetlerini artırmakta, bu durum ise potansiyel alıcıların alım gücünü ciddi ölçüde etkilemektedir. Bu etkiler sonucunda konut talebinde bir azalma yaşanmakta ve bu durum, konut fiyatlarının daha da artmasına yol açarak yeni konut projelerinin yavaşlamasına neden olmaktadır.

This year, the Yapı Kataloğu invited Fuat Taşkıranoğlu to serve as a jury member for its annual competition held under the name Altın Çekül, which brings together material producers and architects from the industry across three categories.

Our Metro Ofis building in Pendik was featured on contemporist.com. Located along the rapidly developing Pendik E-5 axis, the building offers a unique level of comfort for its "Small Office" typology, with balconies enclosed by specially designed parapets.
