Interiors ı Office/Retail

En Plaza is an office building in Ümraniye’s business district that stands out with its unique design. It offers flexible leasing options with site and floor plans tailored to its plot. To the east, it borders Ümraniye Industrial Site, while the north is home to the Anel Building and office district. The newly constructed Avrupa Residences lies to the west, and to the south is Alemdağ Avenue, the main commercial axis of Ümraniye

Residential ı Office/Retail

Located next to the Sancaktepe metro station, the building creates a shopping courtyard defined by two curved structures facing the square in front.

Metro Ofis project is a 20-story office building. Due to the limited footprint, the core is positioned against one façade, resulting in a layout that maximizes the use of the other three sides.

Cosentino Istanbul

The natural stone store in Etiler, Istanbul, is a two-story building. Large surface displays of the materials are utilized wherever possible throughout the space.

EnerjiSA Renewable Energy High School

This project involves the design of an unfinished high school building in Ataşehir, funded and coordinated by the Sabancı Foundation

The İlkbahar project is a residential development situated on approximately 6.000 acres in a newly urbanized area of Sultanbeyli. It consists of five residential blocks, a commercial block, and a social facility, featuring around 10,000 m² of green space. The blocks are arranged at a site scale, utilizing their base widths to ensure maximum distance between them, allowing for unobstructed garden views and natural light. This design maximizes the available garden area.

Fuat Taşkıranoğlu is a jury member for the 2024 Altın Çekül Material Competitions.

This year, the Yapı Kataloğu invited Fuat Taşkıranoğlu to serve as a jury member for its annual competition held under the name Altın Çekül, which brings together material producers and architects from the industry across three categories.

Metro Ofis is featured on Contemporist

Our Metro Ofis building in Pendik was featured on contemporist.com. Located along the rapidly developing Pendik E-5 axis, the building offers a unique level of comfort for its "Small Office" typology, with balconies enclosed by specially designed parapets.
