With the opening of Sabiha Gökçen Airport, the increasing demand for residential, commercial, office, and hotel spaces, along with the availability of suitable land, has made Kurtköy one of the fastest-developing areas in Istanbul. This rapid growth has also led to the proliferation of routine buildings in the region. Miracle Residence is located at the entrance to this area, visible from the highway approach.

The 50-meter-wide, 300-meter-long plot extends in a northwest-southeast direction. The southern end is approximately 10 meters lower than the northern end. The building's long façade faces the TEM highway to the east. Pedestrian and vehicle access to the plot is provided from the road to the north.
