The Suryapı Antalya Owners' phase Project is part of the urban transformation initiative in Kepez Santral district, designed to create a built environment that will be delivered to the current residents of the area.
The project site is located in the Santral neighborhood of Kepez district, which has previously undergone a masterplan study. Situated in the northern part of Antalya, the area lies at the intersection of the new ring road and the highway coming from the north. It is also where the LRT line, providing access to the city center, completes its loop. This makes the location highly convenient in terms of accessibility and transportation options.
Additionally, a city forest lies between the project area and Döşemealtı district, featuring recreational spaces such as a zoo, various social facilities, and adventure parks.
