The blocks, which sit on a three-story base and rise to a total of 8-9 stories, open up to two large gardens on the north and south sides of the property. These gardens feature a landscaped area with trees, including children's play areas and open gathering spaces. The blocks are separated from the shared courtyard by a water feature that defines their private terraces on the ground floors. In the north garden, a social facility takes advantage of the slope, revealing two façades and housing a semi-open swimming pool, an indoor pool, a fitness area, saunas, a children's play area, and a café.
The façades of the blocks that open to the gardens feature large windows and glass-railed balconies accessible from the living room and kitchen to maximize the garden view. In contrast, the bedroom windows of the 1+1 apartments and other units face the street and exhibit a more closed façade character. In this regard, the courtyard façades are perceived as white frames encasing 4-5 story smoke and earth-toned cladding that do not touch the base; along with the white pergolas on the roofs, this design aims to create a lower visual profile for the buildings when viewed from the garden.
The beam that runs along the wide circular ramp behind the commercial block defines the security building and the entrance plaza. All slopes on the site are connected by pedestrian ramps that do not exceed 8%, ensuring seamless access for individuals with disabilities to all entrances and gardens. Additionally, internal access paths and open parking areas have been arranged along the garden wall.
The commercial block (Market) opens to the road on the west side of the site with a level plaza. It has been designed to maximize its façade width within the available space.
During the design phase, the residential blocks were evaluated through various alternatives, considering both their individual designs and the silhouette they create together
