En Plaza is an office building in Ümraniye’s business district that stands out with its unique design. It offers flexible leasing options with site and floor plans tailored to its plot. To the east, it borders Ümraniye Industrial Site, while the north is home to the Anel Building and office district. The newly constructed Avrupa Residences lies to the west, and to the south is Alemdağ Avenue, the main commercial axis of Ümraniye

This area is one of Istanbul's former industrial zones. Due to its proximity to the TEM highway and the ease of land availability, it has rapidly undergone commercial development. EnPlaza is located on a busy street that connects Alemdağ Avenue, which hosts the most vibrant commercial life in Ümraniye, to this rapidly growing business district.

The building is a high-quality and prestigious office structure that rises above the retail levels. The site's location, elevated to the west and situated near a busy street to the east, allows the retail facades to face west and north. Additionally, terraces designed for the dining establishments on the first floor are located on the north and east façades.

The office building is a rectangular structure that draws from a linear core to the south and features a long façade facing north. The white sun shading elements, which are mounted perpendicular to the façade, reflect the angled eastern and western light into the office spaces, providing healthy and high-quality natural illumination. These elements become denser on the east and west façades, maintaining the proportions of the overall façade. This density also offers additional protection from the harsh eastern and western sunlight.

The façade elements extend from the first floor to the roof level, rising one story higher than the building itself while varying in depth across several projections. The positioning of these elements in the vertical plane changes with each projection, but this variation begins to gain significance as it shifts from the scale of the windows to the scale of the building. Overall, it creates a façade texture that is quite different from the surrounding buildings. The vertical rises and falls of these white elements create a wave effect of shadows on the smoky-colored façade glass (Şişecam 50/33).

Since this building is designed for leasing and sales purposes, it was created with a highly flexible approach that accommodates various uses, expansions, and reductions at the floor plan scale, responding quickly to the economic developments in the Istanbul office market. In this regard, the same core can be adapted from a single office to up to eight offices across different floors without incurring significant construction costs.

The office building stands out for its high security standards offered to its users.

EnPlaza hosts offices ranging from 140 to 590 m² and retail spaces between 80 and 150 m².
