It consists of five residential blocks, a commercial block, and a social facility, featuring around 10,000 m² of green space. The blocks are arranged at a site scale, utilizing their base widths to ensure maximum distance between them, allowing for unobstructed garden views and natural light. This design maximizes the available garden area.
