The Metro Ofis project is a 20-story office building. Due to zoning regulations, one of its façades is a blank wall, resulting in a design where the core leans against a single façade, with three façades being utilized. The building is surrounded by balcony parapets in a wave-like form with varying rhythms. This challenging design has achieved the right scale, as the lengths of the façades do not exceed a certain limit. The dark colors chosen for the building's envelope enhance the prominence of the white waves behind the parapets.

From various alternative studies, a repeating variant was selected for each floor, and CNC-cut aluminum composite panels were mechanically installed according to the project specifications on the continuously laminated glass railings.

The planning includes a flexible floor layout aimed at commercial professionals such as lawyers and accountants, offering various options ranging from small offices to larger single offices on each floor.

These offices share facilities such as a reception area, secretarial services, and meeting rooms located on the ground and basement levels.
