The unfinished project was a complex designed as an education building in two parallel masses. Construction had stopped at about 30% of the shell stage. In the completed sections, the classroom volumes were resolved. In the parts that had been reinforced with piles but where no foundation had been laid, a georadar survey was carried out, a foundation was poured within the reinforcement contours, and a 100-bed dormitory building was developed. Between the two buildings, the section where the foundation had already been laid was levelled and left as it was, designed as an inner courtyard. Finally, the workshop areas on the east side were resolved as connected to the classrooms but independently usable. A foyer and multi-purpose hall accessible from the municipal road, together with a regulation-size sports hall and its stands raised to an upper level to save on structure, complete the scheme.
