Hotel Projects

In a hotel the first thing that sets the plan is the number of rooms and the service program that comes with the star rating; a building in the city centre and a holiday development on the coast are not resolved with the same layout, even with the same number of beds. We begin the design from the site and from the length of stay. As much as the orientation of the rooms, it is keeping the guest's route from the entrance to the room clear of the service route that forms the backbone of the plan; the shared areas are sized around the day of both the guest and the operator. We gather the building masses along one edge of the site and use the wide garden this leaves for the pool, the sports areas and the sun terraces.
