Helis House Residence is a flexible-use residential project planned on a west-facing sloping site in Güvercinlik, Bodrum. The twin villa units are positioned parallel to the gradient within the setback limits, tracing informal street-like passages along the contours of the terrain. The site plan extends to the water's edge, where day-use facilities complete the programme along the bay.

The social facilities are designed to serve the units intended for operation as a boutique hotel, functioning as shared amenities for both residents and hotel guests.
