The Suryapı Antalya Rights Holders Project forms part of the urban renewal initiative in the Kepez Santral neighbourhood, encompassing the design of the built environment to be delivered to the existing residents of the area.

Suryapı Antalya is located in the Santral neighbourhood of Kepez district, for which a masterplan had previously been prepared. The site sits in the northern reaches of Antalya, at the intersection of a planned ring road and the highway entering the city from the north — and at the terminus of the LRT line that loops back from the city centre. The result is a location with strong multimodal accessibility, well connected to both the urban core and the broader metropolitan network.

The project area is further bordered by an urban forest separating it from the Döşemealtı district, incorporating a zoo, adventure parks, and a range of recreational and social amenities.
