The building in Dalyan takes in views from three of its façades. Daylight reaches the open apartment corridors. This atrium at the centre of the building is also the first space that greets residents on arrival. On the sea-facing front elevation of the Z+11-storey building no balcony repeats another; drawn inwards or to the side on each floor, it sets its own vertical rhythm. Klinker cladding was chosen for the front façade. The rear section, where the bedrooms are, is distinguished from the front by the character of its façade.
