The project consists of two residential blocks, one 12 stories high and the other 6 stories high. The street features wide-fronted stores, which, along with the residential blocks, define a secure garden within the site. All living rooms and kitchens of the residential blocks overlook this garden. Amenities such as sports facilities and a children's playground are located behind the buildings.
