Helis Gold Office is located in a rapidly developing area that stands out due to its position, situated between the Kartal and Pendik districts along the E-5 Highway. In recent years, the region has become a significant hub for commercial activities and office uses.

Gold Office is a modern, 10-story office building spanning 12,800 square meters. It is positioned next to the Metro Office building, which was also developed by the same investor. The two structures complement each other in design and harmonize with the overall character of the area. Together, Gold Office and Metro Office create a significant façade along the E-5 highway, placing them at a strategic point for business centers in the region. Notably, the spacious square courtyard situated between the two buildings provides an ideal environment for outdoor activities. This courtyard serves as a space for employees to socialize and relax while also adding aesthetic value to the project as an architectural feature. With modern landscaping, this area offers a green and calming environment.

The façade design of Helis Gold Office harmonizes with its neighbor, Metro Office, while showcasing its unique character. The wavy and fluid white balcony parapets of Metro Office engage in a visual dialogue with the sharp-edged bright yellow details of Gold Office. This contrast in color and form creates an aesthetic balance between the buildings, allowing them to be perceived as complementary structures. The vibrant yellow tones used in the façade lend a modern and dynamic appearance while also providing the building with a strong identity for branding purposes. The materials used in the façade are high-quality and durable, ensuring the building's longevity and prestige. As a result, the exterior of Gold Office reflects both functional and aesthetic principles, distinguishing it from other structures in the area.
