Home Diamond is a residential project of approximately 10,000m² in the Kartal area, a district that is being built up rapidly. The project features 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 apartments, and the building rises to 15 storeys.

The building is resolved as a simple L-shaped block. A linear core along the north-facing side frees up and extends the frontage on the valuable southern elevation.

Turning its long facade to the south, the building stands north of the Kartal E-5 motorway, next to Arel University. Made up mostly of compact apartments, it takes on a residential character through its bright yellow cladding. An indoor pool occupies the basement, while the roof holds a cafe with a sea view and a further social facility. The gold-toned composite panels change orientation from floor to floor, so that on the southern elevation the shifting angle of the sun reveals the building from a different perspective throughout the day.
