Şehir Konakları is a residential project located in Ümraniye, within a developed area, spanning approximately 13,000 square meters. It consists of four residential blocks and a commercial building surrounding a 7,000 square meter garden. Outside the complex, there is a market, an open-terrace café, and a small shopping area that serve both residents and the surrounding community.

To the southeast of the complex, there is a neighborhood park of similar size, which features a rehabilitated stream. The tall E block and commercial units open onto a busy street to the southwest. On the northwest side, there is another residential complex called Whiteside, which shares the same street for access. Of the four residential blocks, A, B, and F are 9 stories high, E is 14 stories, and C-D are twin 5-story blocks. The rear façades of A, B, and F blocks face northwest-northeast, while the lower C-D blocks overlook the neighborhood park from the rear, with the commercial block located along the southeast edge.

Şehir Konakları is situated on a flat plot of land, with a one-way ring road circling the blocks. There is a 450-meter-long running and cycling track. Vehicle and pedestrian access to the blocks is provided from the rear via this ring road. The site entrance is located at the most open point of the garden. Since the entrance and exit to the two-level underground parking are positioned near the main gate, no vehicle traffic is expected within the site itself.

The site plan features a green strip in front of the terraces on the ground floors of the blocks, enhancing the elevation of the apartments. Pedestrian pathways within the garden are separated from these private gardens by a continuous decorative pond, creating a more secluded “semi-private” area in front of the terraces.
