The competition specified a tunnel formwork construction system, and the project has been designed accordingly. The commercial areas are positioned along the main street in alignment with the natural slope of the land, creating a spacious garden within the site. This garden is elevated two levels above the road and has no physical connection to the commercial units. All buildings open up to a garden rich in water features.
The retail units are at the same level as the main road, in accordance with the slope conditions. There are plazas at both ends of the long commercial block. Behind this block, which features a spacious walking terrace on the upper level, are residential parking areas and technical facilities.
