EnPlaza appears with a project page on Archello, the international architecture platform. Archello is a Europe-based platform that publishes buildings together with their material and manufacturer credits.
The building stands at the interchange of the TEM and Şile motorways, in a setting turning from industry into an office district. The Archello entry sets out the programme in detail: shops ranging from 80 to 150m² and terraces within a two-storey arcaded mass, and corporate floors divisible between 140 and 590m² in the office block facing north.
The different uses are resolved through separate entrances, so office and retail traffic never mix. Aluminium cladding, neutral-toned glass and natural stone were used across the 20,000m² building; the office block rising above the two-storey retail mass was conceived to match the rapidly changing scale of the district.
