Miracle Residence is featured with a project page on Arkiv, Türkiye's architecture archive. The scheme occupies a long plot 50 metres wide and 300 metres deep in Kurtköy, close to the airport motorway entrance.
The Arkiv entry sets out the site strategy: two 100-metre housing blocks with a social facility block between them. This arrangement separates the landscape entirely from the buildings, leaving a broad garden that holds sports areas, a swimming pool and sun terraces. The 30,000m² development was completed in 2012.
