Residential Projects

In residential developments the placement of the blocks is set as much by the relationship residents have with shared space as by the slope of the land and the direction of the views. As we develop these projects we keep vehicle traffic at the perimeter and leave the space between the blocks to an uninterrupted garden and landscape; the facade order, the balconies and the terraces follow from that same orientation. From the scale of a single apartment building to block-scale mass housing, the approach works on the same principle. Social facilities are placed as the shared focus of the development.
