EnPlaza is featured with a project page on Arkiv, Türkiye's architecture archive. The building sits in Ümraniye, between Alemdağ Avenue and the TEM motorway, in an area shifting from industry to offices.
The Arkiv entry sets out the building's two-layer programme: an office block rising above the retail floors at ground level, corporate floors divisible between 140–590m² and shops ranging from 80–150m². On the facade, white vertical sun-breakers cast a shadow pattern that shifts through the day across the smoked glazing; this wave-like effect sets the building apart from its neighbours. North-facing glazing brings in daylight while the vertical fins temper heat gain. The 20,000m² building was completed in 2020.
