An urban renewal project in Tuzla, the scheme is organised around two internal courtyards. At the upper levels, the blocks step back in a terraced section toward the sea — simultaneously opening the seaward façades and creating a series of apartments with direct terrace access and unobstructed views over the water.

Given the constrained footprint, the blocks are arranged as L-shaped interlocking volumes pulled toward the corners of the plot. Each block resolves itself across two façades — opening outward to the street on one side, while the interior elevations address the two landscaped courtyards formed by the geometry of the overall composition.

Restricted by zoning to a maximum of six storeys, the blocks are clad at their lower two levels — at garden level — in a terracotta-toned dash render. The balcony parapets at these floors are deliberately more open in character, strengthening the visual and spatial connection between the building and the rich landscaping below.
