The TEM Avrasya project is an urban transformation initiative located in Gaziosmanpaşa, encompassing approximately 18,700 m² of developed land. It features six residential blocks surrounding a 10,000 m² garden area, along with a social facility and a long commercial structure that opens onto Abdi İpekçi Street.

The blocks feature a facade design that utilizes white frames starting and ending at different levels. This approach aims to create a designed city silhouette rather than a typical multi-unit appearance, lightening the building's visual weight and managing the perception of height across the 18 repeating floor plans. By prioritizing the white material, we enhanced the contrast in both form and color with the darker surfaces and brick textures used in between. Following the same logic, a dark color was chosen for the window frames.
